This policy describes how Claesson & Partners processes personal data when you visit cforadar.ai, book a demo or contact us.

Data controller

Claesson & Partners is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. You can reach us via the email link or the demo form on the start page.

What data we process and why

1. Visitor statistics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. The service sets cookies (e.g. _ga) and processes, among other things, your IP address, device and browser information, which pages you visit and where you came from. Analytics is active when you visit the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring and improving the website. Google acts as our data processor and data may be transferred to Google outside the EU/EEA.

2. Cookie-free visit counting

We also keep anonymous, aggregated visit statistics without cookies. Visits are counted via a pseudonymised value that cannot be linked to you as a person.

3. Demo bookings and contact

If you book a demo or contact us you provide your name and email address, and optionally company, role and a message. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to contact you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Cookies

cforadar.ai uses cookies for Google Analytics (visitor statistics). Our own visit counting uses no cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but your visit will not be counted in Google Analytics.

How long we keep data

• Analytics data: according to Google's retention settings for Analytics (typically 2 to 14 months for event data).
• Demo and contact details: for as long as needed to handle your request and our dialogue, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to object to or request restriction of the processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se. Contact us via the start page to exercise your rights.
